(5) Mr. Congqi SHEN v. Patent Reexamination Board of SIPO of China

Case No.2007-259, final judgement of Beijing High People Court. This case is related to a very famous patent infringement lawsuit in China, for it is related to the Chinese National Flag Raising Guidance Blade used in TianAnMen Square everyday and the Chinese National Army Honour Guard Guidance Blade. The concerned patent had been invalidated after appeal again and again from 2001-2006, but we used our expertise learnt from Oxford and some US case studies and successfully won the lawsuit at last in November, 2007.
