       Ms. LIANG's practice focuses mainly on prosecution of patent. She has successfully represented some major corporations, especially polymer companies and cosmetic companies, in patent prosecution. She has handled more than 1500 patent filing and prosecuting cases. She has also handled some patent reexamination or invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board. She also provides legal opinion for some major corporations, which relates to the area of patent infringement, validity of patents and granting prospects of patent applications. In addition, she has also drafted a lot of patent applications for domestic clients and filed these patent applications in the major developed countries of the world, such as the USA, Japan, and Europe.
